14-day refunds

If a paid plan does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and you will get the full amount back.

Reply to your Paddle receipt email or contact Paddle at paddle.net. You can also write to support@crossstitchmaker.app.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
