How do I cancel?
Use “Manage subscription” in the pattern maker or the link in your receipt email. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Do my patterns stay if I cancel?
Yes. Your patterns are stored on your device, and you can still open, edit and download them with the free features.
Can I use my plan on another device?
Yes. Sign in to your account on the other device and your plan is there.
Who handles the payment?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing, taxes and refunds.
