Your photos

When you add a photo, your browser turns it into a pattern on your own device. The photo is not uploaded to us or anyone else.

Your patterns

Patterns you save, and the pattern you are working on, are stored in your browser’s local storage on this device. Clearing your browser data deletes them. We cannot see or recover them.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your payment details, email and billing address under its own privacy policy. We receive your email, country and subscription status so we can activate your plan; we never see your card details.

Your account

If you create an account, we store your email address, your username and, if you use Google, your Google account ID. Sign-in codes are sent by email through Resend. We use this only to sign you in and link your plan, never for marketing. To delete your account, write to support@crossstitchmaker.app.

What the site stores

Your browser keeps a sign-in cookie, a copy of your account name and plan, and a small counter of which paid features you looked at. There are no ad or tracking cookies.
